Shipping Policy

Shipping times

  • Your orders are processed and shipped between Monday and Friday, excluding holidays. We do our best to process your orders as soon as possible (max. 72 hours excluding weekends).
  • C’BEL cannot be held responsible for delays due to payment controls or customs requirements.
  • Standard delivery times set by Mondial Relay: 3 to 15 days to EU countries.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are added during the ordering process and vary depending on the size, weight and product ordered. 
  • Please note we only ship to certain countries of the European Union (EU). If your country does not appear in the list of possible destinations below, you can shop via our partner One Such, offering worldwide shipping.

Zero waste delivery – with reusable & sustainable packaging

90% of Europeans are seriously concerned about the impact of plastic on the environment and customers are actively looking for solutions in regards of environmental sustainability. Brands need to find solutions or consumers will change their buying habits towards sustainable offers.

We are excited to announce that we have added a new shipping option to our shipping policy thanks to our partnership with Movopack. For your orders in Belgium (home delivery or pick up point), you can now choose a sustainable and eco-friendly packaging option that is both reusable and zero waste. Not only will this option help reduce the impact on the environment, but it will also give you the opportunity to contribute to our sustainability efforts. When you receive your order, you can simply ship the packaging back to Movopack, and they will take care of the rest. We are committed to making a positive impact on the environment and encourage our customers to join us in this effort. Did you pick this delivery option and you received our reusable packaging? Please follow the instructions below to return it and contribute to our sustaibility efforts:

  • Remove the label with your address on it.
  • Fold the reusable packaging following the creases.
  • Make sure the little flap with the prepaid shipping label is out and well visible.
  • Drop it in any mailbox in the world for free! Without waiting in line!

Refunds and returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days and only applies to defective or damaged goods. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, they may vary slightly in color, size, and scent. We do not replace items because of these variations. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a partial refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. C’BEL cannot and will not assume responsibility for loss or damage during return or exchange shipping.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: C’BEL Organic Skincare, 22 Rue Paul Segers, 1040 Bruxelles, Belgium. If you received a reusable packaging by Movopack, please return your items with that (see paragraph above for instructions) making sure to add our address (otherwise it will be shipped back to Movopack).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Downloadable products are non-returnable items.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at chiara@cbel-skincare.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, they may vary slightly in color, size, and scent. We do not replace items because of these variations.

Your order does not match what you received

  • Should we accidentally send the wrong references, we will be happy to exchange them for the right ones.
  • If the correct products are no longer available, you can either choose another item in stock – at the same price as the original order – or request a refund (including the shipping costs).
  • C’BEL cannot and will not assume responsibility for loss or damage upon return.
